We're proud to have worked with Point72 in this beautifully transformed office space. Point72 is a global asset management firm founded in 2014 with over 1,800 employees across 14 offices worldwide. Located in the vibrant Brickell area of Miami, FL, this project started as an office build-out and evolved into a complete renovation and expansion. The scope of work included the interior construction of a sleek new office space, later expanded to add more functionality and style. Key highlights include a reconfigured wall system, revamped elevator, corridors, and lobby. The expansion introduced a welcoming reception area, spacious conference rooms, a larger employee lounge, open workspaces, private offices, phone rooms, storage areas, and even a wellness room. The space also features a stunning boardroom, all spanning a total of 11,882 square feet. Designed to balance aesthetics and functionality, this office reflects Point72’s innovative approach to workspaces, creating an environment where employees can thrive.
