SkyCon Group completed the renovation of common corridors and restrooms across five floors of One Biscayne Tower, a Class A commercial office building in the heart of Downtown Miami. Spanning 11,539 square feet, the project focused on modernizing shared spaces with updated finishes, lighting, flooring, and ceiling systems, enhancing the overall tenant experience.
This high-traffic upgrade was delivered with careful coordination to ensure minimal disruption to existing occupants while elevating the building’s aesthetic and operational appeal.
