SkyCon Group completed a strategic, multi-phase interior build-out at One Biscayne Tower for CP Group, designed to elevate the property’s hospitality offering and enhance the tenant experience. Spanning 16,065 square feet across the ground floor and lower lobby, this project included four distinct scopes—each permitted and scheduled independently but managed as one project.

Scope of Work:
Conference Center – A flexible amenity with three private conference rooms and two convertible training rooms, outfitted with integrated AV systems, modernfold partitions, and premium finishes.

Café Build-Out – A public-facing food & beverage space with direct street access, kitchen installation, restrooms, and inviting interiors.

Tenant Gym & Corridors – A complete lower-lobby build-out transformed into a fitness center for tenants, alongside fully renovated corridors.

Premo’s Deli Renovation – A refreshed deli space featuring updated kitchen systems and high-end finishes to support continued food service operations.
