SkyCon Group completed the interior build-outs of nine spec suites across multiple floors of One Biscayne Tower, a premier Class A office building in Downtown Miami. Spanning a total of 21,477 square feet, this project delivered high-quality, move-in-ready office spaces designed to attract a diverse range of tenants.
Suites included: 1590, 1776, 2280, 2480, 2540, 2580, 2730, 3599, and 3760. Each space featured modern finishes, efficient layouts, and upgraded infrastructure — all delivered within an active building and coordinated on a rolling schedule to minimize disruption.
