SkyCon Group completed a full renovation of Premo’s Deli, a grab-and-go eatery located on the lower level of One Biscayne Tower in Downtown Miami. The project involved complete demolition and rebuild, with all-new MEP systems, kitchen equipment, modern finishes, and lighting. The updated deli includes a sleek retail counter, integrated refrigeration, and open shelving. Adjacent to the deli, a vibrant tenant lounge with exposed ceilings and built-in banquette seating offers a welcoming space to dine and unwind.
