SkyCon Group completed a 21,830-square-foot shared office build-out for Regus Spaces in the heart of Cocowalk, Coconut Grove. As part of the world’s largest flexible workspace network, this Regus location brings elevated coworking to one of Miami’s most vibrant mixed-use centers.
The interior features glass-fronted private offices, communal lounges, custom millwork, and high-end kitchen amenities. Designed to support professionals and teams of all sizes, the build-out was executed with precision to reflect Regus’ global brand standards while integrating the warm, modern aesthetic of the Grove.
