Point 72 is a global asset management company born in 2014 with 14 offices around the globe and +1800 employee. Located in the vibrant Brickell area of Miami, FL, this project started as an office build-out and evolved into a complete renovation and expansion. Key highlights include a reconfigured wall system, revamped elevator, corridors, and lobby. The expansion introduced a welcoming reception area, spacious conference rooms, a larger employee lounge, open workspaces, private offices, phone rooms, storage areas, and even a wellness room.
