Regus Spaces Brickell

Founded in 1989, Regus is the world's largest provider of flexible workspaces with almost 3,000 business centers across 120 countries and 900 cities.

This project includes three full floors of shared office spaces. This project features high ceilings, intensive millwork, HVAC and electrical systems, and glass office fronts with wood doors. Floors have epoxy finishes and carpet in conference rooms.

The project was completed one floors at a time, where 50% of the work was completed off-hours.
