SkyCon Group completed a 50,000-square-foot shared office build-out for Regus Spaces, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspaces, with nearly 3,000 centers across 120 countries. Located in the heart of Brickell, Miami, this project spanned three full floors and was executed in phases, with 50% of the work performed after hours to minimize disruption.

The interior features include high ceilings, extensive custom millwork, epoxy flooring, carpeted conference rooms, and glass office fronts with wood doors. The build-out integrated full HVAC and electrical systems, delivering a premium, modern coworking environment for a global client.
