Exscientia

Exscientia Project, a high-end buildout, covering part of the 4th Floor of the prestigious, Class A, Strata Wynwood building. This project received an ABC Pyramid award for Excellence in Construction 2024. The project consisted of custom floor finishes and transitions, modern felt wallcovering in board rooms, and lighting arranged tastefully around ceiling clouds that give the space a unique style. The generous caf� area included beautiful baffles arranged around linear lighting, a large V-shaped stone island, as well as perfectly integrated appliances in large custom millwork cabinetry.
