600 Brickell is a prominent skyscraper situated at the epicenter of Brickell, boasting 40 floors, with 26 dedicated to office spaces, encompassing a vast total floor area exceeding 1 million square feet. This project involved a full renovation of the 14th-floor amenity space, including a full overhaul of the amenities area and common corridors.
