WeWork contracted SkyCon to complete an interior build out of 30,000 sf in Wynwood, Miami. This project was a massive success for WeWork, and we are extremely appreciative of the efforts put forth by the SkyCon team.

The team has well-established, trusted relationships with the subcontractor market, as the amount and quality of personnel on site was consistently maintained throughout the project. Their intimate knowledge of the inspections process led to a smooth transition to close out permits and allow us to occupy the space on time. Last but not least, the quality of the finished product that was provided was top notch, and the best that we have seen in the South Florida market.
