SkyCon Group delivered a turnkey café build-out on the ground floor of One Biscayne Tower, a landmark office building in Downtown Miami. This hospitality-focused amenity was designed to serve both tenants and the public, enhancing the building’s common areas with a modern, welcoming food and beverage experience. The project featured custom millwork, premium finishes, and efficient back-of-house integration to support daily operations in a high-traffic business district.
